Refund policy

Exchange Policy

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items may be returned within 7-days from delivery or by January 15th, if the items were purchased during Black Friday thru December 25th.

To start a return, please include your order number, name, contact information and ship USPS insured to: 

99-040 Kauhale Street, #541, Aiea HI 96701, United States.  After items are received and inspected, we will issue you an online store credit that you can use to purchase the correct sized item.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as sale items (including Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals) or gift cards.
